Graduating top of the class from University of Polytechnique HCMC in 2011, Hoai joined Mobile World (MWG – Vietnam’s biggest mobile & electronics retailer), in charge of setting up logistics operations for the new online division. In 2012, Hoai and other co-founders, all of whom have software engineer background, founded Giao Hang Nhanh (GHN), now Scommerce. The dream was to apply technology and disrupt traditional logistics, servicing the rapid growing e-commerce sector. In 2015, Hoai set up on-demand delivery platform, Ahamove, as the team travelled and inspired by the regional model of Uber, Grab and Go-jek.
Luong Duy Hoai is named on the 30 Under 30s list of Forbes Vietnam (2014) and Forbes Asia (2016).
Joined in late 2015, Hang is in charge of finance & investment, legal and special projects. Scommerce is the biggest and best performing company under Seedcom, where Hang previously served as Vice President of Business Development and External Affairs. Seedcom invests and operates a portfolio of 10 companies across retail, logistics, technology and agriculture – many are pioneers in their respective sector.
Prior to Seedcom, Hang ran one of Vietnam’s leading travel portals (iVIVU.com). She also had experience in media investment banking with Lehman Brothers in New York City. She’s passionate about scaling new businesses and connecting key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
Hang holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and B.A. from Oberlin College.
Ngon is responsible for building a strong engineer team, a data-obsessed culture and top-in-class logistics technology products. Under Ngon’s leadership, Scommerce develops Vietnam’s first local on-demand platform (Ahamove) and continuously enhances system infrastructure.
Before joining Scommerce, he was the CTO of Project Lana, Vietnam’s largest women community backed by IDG Venture Vietnam. Prior to that, he was the Search Specialist of Google and the lead engineer of Caterva, a funded US Big Data startup which was acquired by Facebook in 2013.
Trinh is among the most experienced HR senior executives in Vietnam market, with exposure in various sectors, from manufacturing, FMCG, technology & gaming, education and now logistics. Trinh was previously HR Manager at VNG – Vietnam’s largest Internet company ($2bn+ valuation), and HR Director at ILA – Vietnam’s largest English training center ($200mil+ valuation).
Trinh joined Scommerce in 2015.
In charge of Operations from day one, Hoang set up GHN nationwide network in just two years, built up the whole procedure with sorting capacity, last mile and linehaul operations to support the Company’s robust growth. In 2017, Hoang moved to GHN Logistics to lead a new business unit to target on fragmented B2B logistics segment, including truck transportation, air transportation with a total market size up to $13bn annually.
Before joining GHN, Hoang was Head of Logistics at DienMayXanh – The home appliances business unit of Mobile World Group. Hoang graduated from University of Foreign Trade HCMC in 2010.

Gido is a technology and data-driven cross-border parcel delivery and freight forwarder, striving to provide customers with visibility and control over their entire supply chain. Prior to Gido, Hai ran his IT solution firm serving corporate and government customers in Singapore, and co-founded the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Singapore. Hai holds a BBA (Hons) degree in finance from National University of Singapore.
